By using AuditCV.io, you agree to the following terms. In brief: use the platform solely for genuine candidate reference verifications with appropriate consent; we will do our utmost to provide an uninterrupted, secure service.

Corporate accounts may only be used for legitimate recruitment processes with explicit consent obtained from candidates and referees.

The free (Starter) tier is limited to 5 reference checks; paid tier features are defined on our pricing page.

Platform usage, reference collection, and credential generation are always free for candidates.

You are responsible for securing account credentials and API keys; abuse (fake submissions, unauthorized harvesting) will result in account suspension.

Pricing and feature specifications may be updated with prior notice; existing paid subscriptions receive at least 30 days advance notice.

1. Service Description

AuditCV.io is a SaaS platform enabling HR teams to digitize candidate reference collection, evaluate responses with AI-powered consistency and fraud analytics, and issue verified digital credentials to candidates.

2. Account Responsibilities

Users creating company accounts warrant that all candidate and referee data entered is accurate and that requisite explicit consent has been lawfully secured.

You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials, access links, and API tokens. If you detect unauthorized activity, notify support@auditcv.io immediately.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

The platform may only be used for bona fide hiring and reference verification purposes. Gathering data on individuals without consent, reverse engineering fraud-detection telemetry, or scraping platform data is strictly prohibited.

4. Pricing & Billing

The Starter plan is free and limited to 5 reference checks. Professional and Enterprise tiers and fees are maintained on our public pricing page.

When subscribing to a paid plan, billing occurs monthly based on your chosen tier and verification volume.

5. Service Levels & Limitation of Liability

We take reasonable measures to maintain uninterrupted availability; however, brief downtime may occur for scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.

AuditCV.io provides tools to assist hiring decisions but does not guarantee the truthfulness of referee statements; hiring discretion rests solely with the employer.

6. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in breach of these terms; upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
